HOW LONG WILL TREATMENT TAKE?

  • Initial appointments are typically about 30 to 45 minutes long, as they require more time to review health history, discuss concerns, and explain the treatment process.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FOR TREATMENT?

  • Treatment should be gentle and relaxing. There may be discomfort at times, but treatment should not be painful.

  • Your practitioner will utilize a variety of hands-on techniques and manipulation.

  • Treatment is mostly passive, meaning you should let the practitioner move your body without engaging your muscles or trying to help. You may be asked to engage at times through instruction on movement, breathing cues, or muscle contractions.

  • Please note that your health and safety is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, if anything arises before or during your treatment that we think requires medical evaluation, treatment will be stopped immediately.
